My real estate career is based on pleasing my clients and making the very stressful process of buying and selling enjoyable for all. I realized recently that I had been selling for 18 years and that the time had gone by very quickly. My conclusion, I have the best career in the world because it allows me to spend my life meeting and enjoying new friends on a daily basis. I have the opportunity of sharing my experience to assist my clients in making the best decisions.
When working with buyers, I show between 50-150 homes and discuss the positive and negative features of each home and neighborhood. I don't mind if the process takes 3 months or 3 years. I want them to be happy in their new home. I also have an interior design degree and often work with my buyers for a month after the sale updating the home with experienced and reasonably priced contractors to turn the home from ok to aha!
When selling , my first task is to suggest ways that will make the home more appealing to buyers. The first step is removing wallpaper. I stage the homes personally to neutralize and remove items to give the home the broadest appeal. My clients and I often spend 3+ weeks in preparing the home to sell. I've found that ,with the right preparation and a very intense marketing plan, my listings will usually sell in 30 days.
My clients are predominately referrals from the IT and medical fields. I'm experienced in selling all of Collin, Denton and Dallas County from Uptown to all areas North and West to DFW airport. I'm a Dallasite and understand the profile and priorities of residents living inside of Northwest Highway (loop 12), 635, 190, 121, and 380. I also have excellent financial and technological skills.
